Where can I find the referral agreement?

2. Alternatively, you can also find this link by following the below steps:
   2.1. Log into your Koinexpert Profile
   2.3. Click on the "Referrals" menu item in your Dashboard menu.
3. On that page you will find the Informational PDF and Agreement for your perusal.

I made a mistake with my referral code. What should I do now?

Log a support ticket by sending an email to helpdesk@koinexpert.com. Please include the following information:

1. A brief explanation of what happened.
2. The full names and surnames of the person who referred you.
3. The email address that is assigned to their Koinexpert account.

Can I change my referral code?

Yes, you can change your referral code.

How does the referral program work?

If a client executes a trade, 80% of that profit goes to the client while 20% to Koinexpert. This 20% is the standard Koinexpert service fee.

However, in the case of the client being referred by someone, Koinexpert only maintains 16% of the profit while the remaining 4% is allocated between those who referred the client.
