What is a Forex Intermediary?

Forex intermediaries are entities that assist clients in converting local South African Rands to Foreign Exchange such as US Dollars or Euros. They are required to have an FSP License and to adhere to all the relevant laws of an FSP License Holder.

How do I change my intermediary?

Alternatively, you can also find this link by following the below steps:

1. Log into your Koinexpert profile.
2. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Click on the "Arbitrage Services" option from the dropdown list.
4. On the left side of the page, you will find the "Switch Intermediary" button.
5. Click on the button and follow the instructions.
